I am a psychologist by background, and my consultancy focuses on the design, development and\/or evaluation of psychological scales and tests – mainly those measuring personality, cognitive abilities and intelligence. Most clients are in the occupational (i\/o) area. Though I am based in London, Ontario, Canada I am pleased to offer my services to clients worldwide. However I do not assess individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also write award-winning<\/a> books<\/a> on individual differences, human intelligence and their assessment, was President of the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences<\/a><\/em> (2021-2023) and am an editor-in-chief of the journal Personality and Individual Differences<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also offer assistance with the development of learning materials (at university level) for courses in personality, intelligence, psychometric theory and statistics – either for distance-learning, or as lecture content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
